Caissie Levy can definitely wail with a capital W, but the Ghost star recently pulled out all the vocal stops to celebrate the life of the one and only Whitney Houston. Levy was one of many Broadway stars to take the stage at Joe’s Pub on February 27 for Broadway Remembers Whitney Houston, and she brought the house down with one of the pop diva’s biggest hits, “I Wanna Dance With Somebody.” Decked out in some serious sequins, Levy ‘fessed up to a childhood spent singing the song into her hairbrush, then let it rip with some dance moves of her own. The girls of Godspell (Uzo Aduba, Julia Mattison and Morgan James) were also present to pay tribute to Houston with a rendition of "I'm Every Woman." Originally recorded by Chaka Khan in 1978, Houston later covered the song for The Bodyguard soundtrack. Levy's former Hair co-star Kacie Sheik also performed "How Will I Know" at the event.
